Sales Manager
, you will take full ownership of the customer journey, from the first conversation to after-sales engagement. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you manage your own pipeline, supervise the customer experience end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for pet parents.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Sales Pipeline:
Manage inbound and outbound leads, understand customer needs, and confidently close high-value sales.
Customer Engagement:
Build trust with new pet parents, offer guidance on pet selection, and provide clear, compassionate communication throughout.
Pet Welfare & Presentation:
Ensure in-store puppies are well cared for and presented responsibly, with a focus on hygiene, safety, and well-being.
After-Sales Supervision:
Take full responsibility for the aftercare journey, including onboarding, training packages, grooming, product recommendations, and healthcare services.
Coordinate Cross-Functionally:
Work with service, training, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of after-sales services (
no direct team management
).
Sales Documentation & Follow-Up:
Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer preferences, and follow-up actions.
Upsell & Retain:
Identify opportunities to offer ongoing support, services, and products that enhance the customer experience and boost retention.
Stay Informed:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet care, services, and market trends to add value in every interaction.

Proven ability to
close sales independently
and deliver against targets
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Passion for pets and commitment to responsible pet care
Comfortable working across
in-store retail and telesales

Self-driven and
comfortable working without direct supervision
