Indio Networks is seeking a driven and experienced
Sales Manager (Territory Manager)
to spearhead business growth in assigned territories through channel partners, system integrators, and enterprise customers. This role is critical to expanding our footprint in networking solutions, including
across education, hospitality, healthcare, enterprise, and public Wi-Fi segments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow business with
existing channel partners, End user client,distributors, and system integrators
within the assigned territory.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand Indio Networks' channel ecosystem.
Drive sales across all product categories - Wi-Fi solutions, switching, 4G routers, and cloud services.
Work closely with partners on solution selling, ensuring Indio Networks' products are positioned as part of their overall offering.
Meet and exceed
quarterly and annual sales targets
(revenue and profitability).
Develop account plans, sales strategies, and proposals tailored to partner and customer needs.
Maintain competitive intelligence and provide market feedback to influence Indio Networks' product roadmap.
Coordinate with
internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech Support)
to deliver end-to-end customer success.
Manage project business including solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
Represent Indio Networks at
trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings
to build brand awareness.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reporting for weekly reviews.
Build strong, long-term relationships with partner leadership, sales teams, and technical staff.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in IT infrastructure or networking sales, preferably in channel-driven roles.
Strong track record in
partner account management, business development, and solution sales
.
Proven ability to manage pipeline, report sales progress, and close deals.
Deep understanding of
channel dynamics
and partner recruitment strategies.
Excellent
negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building
skills.
Self-starter with a
hunter mindset
and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
.
Strong communication skills in
English
; regional language proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical knowledge or certifications in
networking, cloud solutions, or wireless technologies
.
Experience with
hospitality, education, enterprise Wi-Fi, or ISP markets
.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
