Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
Create and manage enquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across industries (paints, adhesives, plastics, pharma, etc.).
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
