Senior Sales Manager (8-10 Years of Experience) Position: Senior Sales Manager Experience Required: 8-10 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in digital marketing/IT/services domain/media house/ software services/gaming Location: Delhi NCR / South Delhi Reports to: Director/Head of Sales Responsibilities: o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o Lead and mentor junior sales executives and drive team performance. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. o Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets. o Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. o Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies. o Negotiate high-value deals and close contracts with decision-makers. Requirements: o Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. o Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets. o Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. o Strong business acumen with strategic thinking ability. o Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.Administrative Reporting

1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centre 2. You Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location

3. You shall make productive house calls .

4. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc

5. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS

6. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.

7. You shall make productive BA tie ups

8. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.

Graduate

1) Excellent communication and selling skills.

2) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.

3) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.

4) Education Background would be preferred.

5) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Advertising sales/Time
