Job Title: Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding (Imports & Exports)



Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding



What You'll Do:



Bring in immediate business -- both imports and exports -- using your own client base and industry contacts. Pursue new opportunities aggressively and close deals without delay. Deliver competitive freight solutions and win accounts from competitors. Handle end-to-end operations for the clients you onboard -- from booking to delivery. Maintain and grow relationships with high-value accounts for recurring business. Negotiate hard with carriers and agents to secure the best rates. Consistently exceed sales targets -- no excuses.

What We Expect:



Proven track record in freight forwarding sales with 4+ years' experience. Strong operational expertise to manage shipments post-sales. An active client portfolio ready to move business. Deep network with shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, and overseas agents. Self-driven, competitive, and relentless in chasing targets. Able to work independently and deliver results fast.
