The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning Solh Wellness as a leader in the wellness and AI-powered mental health solutions space. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to position Solh Wellness as a preferred partner in stress management and well-being.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demos tailored to client needs.
Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and pricing aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Represent Solh Wellness at networking events, industry forums, and wellness conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management (preferably in wellness, healthcare, HR tech, or SaaS).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, networking, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up ecosystem.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM platforms and digital sales strategies.
Open-minded, empathetic, and passionate about mental health and well-being.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
