Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets for the Dubai process.
Generate new leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Dubai to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance) to deliver seamless service to clients.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a small sales team (if applicable) to achieve set goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Dubai process-related services [clarify if it's related to immigration, recruitment, or business setup].
Strong network and understanding of the UAE/Dubai market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
