Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and exceed B2C sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team KPIs.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of gym equipment and fitness solutions to support nationwide sales initiatives across India.
Enhance customer experience by improving pre-sales engagement and post-sales satisfaction scores.
Collaborate closely with the Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders.
Provide regular and actionable reports to senior management on key metrics such as inventory levels, customer feedback, sales bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
Partner with the Marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
Foster strong, long-term customer relationships by adopting a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent MIS reporting for all sales activities and team performance.
