Experience Required: Minimum 6-8 Years in Hotel Sales
Join the leadership team at Crestmont Hotels, a growing hospitality brand with properties across India. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and execute our sales strategy from the Delhi head office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate, MICE, and B2B sales for all Crestmont properties
Develop strategic relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event planners
Drive room, banquet, and group bookings across locations
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and meet revenue targets
Candidate Profile:
6-8 years of hotel sales experience, including leadership/senior executive roles
Proven track record in corporate and institutional sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Strong network in Delhi NCR's corporate and travel market
Willingness to travel if required
