Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert qualified leads into consultations and procedure bookings.
Explain services, pricing, packages, and offers clearly to clients.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure follow-ups on inquiries, walk-ins, and past patients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth client experience.
Manage CRM entries, follow-up schedules, and payment tracking.
Support marketing campaigns with client interactions and feedback collection.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales (healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury retail preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
