About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to join our Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG or FMCD industry, with a strong focus on field sales and client relationship management. This is a high-impact role suited for someone passionate about driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through direct sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCD sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Conduct field sales operations including product demos, site visits, client meetings, and order follow-ups. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, smooth delivery, and after-sales service. Will be actively involved with Zippo products

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG or FMCD industry.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Other:

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Familiarity with local markets and retail distribution networks is a plus.
