Key Responsibilities:
Drive
new business acquisition
with a focus on high-value and enterprise clients.
Use personal and professional network to generate high-quality leads.
Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, Branding, Website Development) to decision-makers and top-level management.
Build and manage a sales team - set targets, mentor, and ensure performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and conferences.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven sales experience
, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in a
Digital Marketing Agency
is strongly preferred.
Strong network of business contacts in Pune and the ability to bring high-profile clients.
