Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Manager who can drive growth, build strong client relationships and bring consistent results for our digital marketing services. The role suits someone who understands the local market and can convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan to increase revenue in Chandigarh and the Tricity region Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline through calls, meetings and follow-ups Pitch digital marketing services such as social media marketing, Google ads, website development and SEO Meet monthly sales targets and track progress with regular reporting Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding and delivery Represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising Strong understanding of online marketing services and how they benefit businesses Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Comfort with fieldwork across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula Strong follow-up and closing ability
