Center & Sales Manager

for our

Dibrugarh

location. This role is responsible for

overall center operations, sales performance, team management, and revenue growth

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily salon & academy operations Achieve monthly sales & membership targets Handle walk-in clients, inquiries & lead conversion Lead, motivate & monitor staff performance Ensure SOPs, hygiene & grooming compliance Oversee billing, reporting & daily MIS updates Coordinate with Head Office for operations & finance

Sales Responsibilities:



Convert inquiries into services, memberships & courses Lead follow-ups, calling & walk-in conversion Drive academy admissions & salon packages Execute local marketing & promotional activities

Requirements:



Strong sales & people management skills Experience in salon, academy, retail or service industry preferred Good communication & leadership abilities Target-oriented & result-driven mindset Basic computer & POS knowledge
