Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports
Handle key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery teams
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Toyota standards
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in automobile or field sales
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset
Proficient in computers and sales reporting
