Overview



We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and leadership to achieve sales targets and foster client relationships.

Duties



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients. Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities. Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track progress and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, with a focus on technical sales preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in utilizing sales software like Salesforce for efficient workflow management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
