Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners
Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and deal closures
Monitor lead flow from portals, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins
Conduct and oversee site visits and client presentations
Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth bookings
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred
5-10 years
of experience in
real estate sales
, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Good knowledge of real estate documentation and CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience in high-rise residential, luxury projects, or commercial sales
Strong channel partner management experience
