Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Derabassi project.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Handle negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Knowledge of the local Derabassi real estate market will be an added advantage.
