Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:



To drive the growth of secured loan business (Loan Against Property, Secured Business Loans, etc.) ensuring portfolio quality and achieving targeted disbursals through effective sourcing, team management, and channel development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Business Development & Sourcing



.

Identify, develop and manage DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing channels for secured loan products.

.

Generate quality leads for MSME and LAP segments ensuring targeted yield.

.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities in the secured lending space.

.

Maintain relationships with builders, chartered accountants, and financial intermediaries for consistent lead generation.

2. Credit & Portfolio Quality:



.

Ensure preliminary credit assessment of borrowers in line in NBFC credit norms.

.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely appraisal and disbursals.

.

Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring low delinquency and adherence to risk parameters.

.

Monitor TAT ( Turnaround Time) for disbursal and post- disbursal documentation.

3. Team Management:



.

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives/ Relationship Officers.

.

Provide regular training and performance feedback to achieve business objectives.

.

Set monthly targets and monitor monthly metrics.

4. Relationship Management:



.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

.

Address customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.

5. Compliance & Reporting:



.

Ensure all documentation and processes are complaint with NBFC guidelines and RBI norms.

.

Submit regular MIS reports on sourcing, disbursal, yield, and delinquency.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:



.

Strong understanding of

secured lending products

(LAP, SME loans, property-backed business loans).

.

Knowledge of credit assessment and financial analysis.

.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

.

Ability to manage terms and achieve aggressive sales targets.

.

Familiarity with

ROI- based lending (20-25%)

segments and customer profiling.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:



.

Graduate/ Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

.

Minimum

3-7 years of experience

in NBFC/Banking sales, specifically in secured loan products.

.

Proven track record in achieving disbursal and yield targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
