- Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Companyr
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per planr
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given planr
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the planr
- Understand, Monitor & Development the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression Generate Revenue a Acquire New Customers for Life Divisionr
- Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.r
- Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basisr
- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basisr
- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on ongoing basis.r
- Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company.r
