Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth in Defense & Aerospace segments
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
Manage relationships with OEMs, Defense establishments, and system integrators
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Handle tenders, proposals, pricing, and negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
Desired Profile
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Result-driven with excellent customer management ability
Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
