Role Overview

We are looking for a

Sales Manager

who can drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and lead sales initiatives in the Defense & Aerospace domain.

Location

: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue growth in Defense & Aerospace segments Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers Manage relationships with OEMs, Defense establishments, and system integrators Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets Handle tenders, proposals, pricing, and negotiations Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and delivery Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events
Desired Profile

4-5 years of sales experience in

Cable Assemblies / Electronic Components / Interconnect Solutions

Exposure to

Defense & Aerospace procurement processes

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Result-driven with excellent customer management ability Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
