Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve branch targets.
Develop and implement effective sales plans and promotional strategies.
Monitor daily sales, product performance, and customer feedback.
Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and corporate clients.
Oversee showroom presentation, product display, and pricing accuracy.
Coordinate with accounts and inventory teams for stock and billing accuracy.
Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and operational standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in
electronics or retail sales management
(minimum 3-5 years).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
