Job Description

We are looking for a Female Sales Manager to drive end-to-end B2B sales for our cybersecurity products and services from our Pune office. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, working closely with internal teams, and focusing on markets outside India, preferably in the Middle East or South-East Asia.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or technical B2B sales (IT services, SaaS, or security preferred). Proven experience handling end-to-end B2B sales cycles. Prior experience or exposure to selling in Middle East or South-East Asia markets is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment. Willingness to work from our Pune office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build a strong understanding of SecurityBoat's offerings and clearly communicate value to prospects. Collaborate with the inbound/marketing team for effective lead generation and follow-up. Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM. Track market trends and competitor activities and share feedback for GTM and product improvements. Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
