Key Responsibilities
Visit
cloud kitchens, restaurants, hotels, caterers, and food service establishments
on a daily basis.
Introduce and promote
Garam Masala & Chicken Masala
to chefs, purchase managers, and owners.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term B2B customers.
Take orders, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with the operations team for smooth deliveries.
Collect feedback from customers regarding product quality, taste, and packaging.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of customers and submit regular sales and visit reports.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure proper product sampling and demonstrations where required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in
B2B FMCG sales
, preferably in
spices, food ingredients, or horeca segment
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with
field sales and extensive market visits
.
Ability to build relationships with chefs, kitchen managers, and procurement teams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
