Sales Managers

to lead our growth across the vibrant state of Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial (C&I) sectors.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Relationship Management:

Build strong networks with local dealers, contractors, and residential societies.

Strategic Planning:

Implement effective sales strategies and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.

End-to-End Sales:

Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to final site survey and closing.
What We Are Looking For

Experience:

3-5+ years in sales (Experience in

Solar/Renewable Energy

or

Building Materials

is highly preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, team management, and local market knowledge.

Language:

Proficiency in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi (preferred); English is a plus.

Mobility:

Must be willing to travel across assigned territories in Chhattisgarh.
