We are looking for a young dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Tata Motors Dealership, Raipur (C.G.). The ideal candidate should have required qualifications and prior experience in sales and a strong ability to team handling, generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Achieve sales targets for dealership.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Organize and participate in promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.
Qualifications & Skills Required
:
MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing as a manager.
Fresher can also apply.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, sales management software and tools.
Fluency in English and Hind.
Valid driving license (preferably for four-wheelers).
