Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Sales Manager
to handle
front-desk sales, customer interaction, and product promotion
of our IVD range. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of diagnostic products and good communication and sales skills to manage walk-in and telephonic customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and counter inquiries related to IVD products.
Promote and sell diagnostic reagents, kits, and instruments to laboratory clients.
Maintain proper stock records, billing, and documentation.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for timely order processing and dispatch.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular reporting to management.
Assist in product demonstration and training when required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in Science (B.Sc / BMLT / DMLT / Biotechnology / Microbiology) or any equivalent discipline.
Minimum
8-10 years of experience
in IVD / Diagnostics / Laboratory product sales preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software (MS Office, Tally, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Married candidates preferred
