Key Responsibilities



Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets Generate leads and convert prospects into successful closures Conduct site visits and client meetings Develop and execute sales strategies for project promotions Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth operations
