Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a warm, high-end shopping experience. Understand customer preferences and provide personalized styling suggestions. Showcase products with confidence and detailed product knowledge. Handle in-store sales, client billing, and inventory coordination efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Support visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects brand aesthetics. Stay updated on new designer collections, fashion trends, and brand launches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards. Coordinate with the management and designers for special client requests and custom orders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in

luxury fashion or high-end retail

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Presentable, well-groomed, and confident with a pleasant personality. Strong sales aptitude, customer service mindset, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain composure under pressure.
