Identify and acquire new customers needing transport/logistics solutions
Visit industries, warehouses, manufacturing hubs, and corporate clients to generate leads o Understand client requirements, propose appropriate transport solutions, and close deals o Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements
Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads and convert them into regular clients
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Meet monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly visit reports
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics/transport industry
Strong knowledge of the Raipur market and surrounding industrial areas
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Should be comfortable with field visits and target-based roles
Basic knowledge of freight rates, vehicle types, and transport operations
Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and CRM tools is a plus
