Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sanitaryware/pipes/paints segment. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and contractors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market penetration. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on progress. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Knowledge of local market trends in the sanitaryware/pipes/paints industry.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce (preferred). Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in sales within the sanitaryware, plywood, or paints industry. Local candidates with good market knowledge will be preferred. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
