Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with dealers and clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, evaluating performance, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for lubricants (Automotive, Industrial, and Commercial segments). Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network. Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities for customers and channel partners. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies. Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and present them to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team for branding, campaigns, and events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of proven sales experience in the

lubricant/automotive/industrial product segment

. Strong network with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients in the lubricant sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively.
