We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and lead our high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of regional/territory sales managers and representatives.
Identify new business opportunities and key market segments to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Drive CRM adoption and ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
Represent AJAX at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets in [relevant industry].
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
