We are seeking an experienced and driven
CRM Sales & Business Development Executive
to lead and expand our CRM solution (Salesforce, Zoho, SuiteCRM, and similar platforms) across
North America, Europe, Canada, Australia
. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and deep knowledge of CRM platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for Lead generation, Campaign Management, Inside Sales, Interaction with the Domain Heads, Scrutinizing the requirement and Generation of proposal, Pipeline Creation, Business Closure.
Responsibilities
Selling the CRM solutions (Salesforce, Zoho, SuiteCRM, etc.), Cloud CRM, SaaS services to Canada, US, Australia, Europe, UK customers.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting/demand creation, deal pursuit / management and deal/contract closure
Interacting with potential customers and project development team for smooth execution of project to ensure client retention.
Achieving the monthly sales target / exceed the target.
Identify, engage, and convert leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
Understand client business needs and propose tailored CRM solutions (Salesforce, Zoho, SuiteCRM, etc.).
Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals.
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Represent Metatagg Solutions at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups.
Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in CRM sales or B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling Salesforce, Zoho, or similar solutions and bringing new accounts specifically in Europe, Canada, USA, Australia and UK.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, benefits, and business value.
Completes sales cycle including preparing proposals, estimation, negotiation, closure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well versed with E-Mail and linked-In Marketing.
Should have knowledge about Cold calling and Lead Generation.
Well versed with E-mail and phone etiquette.
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations
Knowledge of tools like CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other business development tools.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM implementation processes and project delivery models.
Existing network of business contacts in target regions. (USA, Canada, Europe, Australia)
Knowledge of sales automation, marketing automation, and integration with ERP or other systems.
