Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed corporate sales goals.
Identify, prospect, and close new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Akoya Hotels.
Negotiate and finalize corporate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.
Collaborate with the hotel's revenue management and marketing teams to create attractive corporate packages and promotions.
Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent Akoya Hotels at trade shows, conferences, and corporate events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with a focus on the corporate segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network of corporate clients and a deep understanding of the corporate travel and events market.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
