Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales
Manager - Corporate Sales and MICE
to develop and manage corporate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and promote GoRoomGo's Corporate MICE services across WB, Odisha, Jharkhand, Sikkim, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, existing corporate contacts, and hands-on experience in handling
Corporate - Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE)
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new corporate clients and maintain strong business relationships.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Develop and execute strategies for corporate partnerships and business expansion.
Promote Corporate MICE-related travel, events, and hospitality services.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) for smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client data, and follow-up records.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 to 3.5 years of experience
in
corporate sales
, in travel, hospitality, or service industry.
Must have
own corporate client contacts and existing network
.
Strong knowledge of
Corporate
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
is mandatory.
Education:
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality / Bachelor's Degree / MBA.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills

Must be willing to
travel frequently
and
visit the office regularly
.
Should own a
two-wheeler
(TA will be provided).
Salary & Benefits:
