Hotel Vivek is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
with a proven track record in hotel or resort sales. The role involves spearheading business development, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
Identify and build partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
Drive revenue through group bookings, conferences, leisure packages, and event sales.
Promote hotel facilities for weddings, retreats, and special events.
Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and repeat clients.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts.
Collaborate with operations and front-office teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
Strong network within the hospitality and travel industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Target-oriented with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Solid understanding of the Coonoor/Ooty market and local tourism trends.
