Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can

Drive Real Estate Sales

while also handling

Content Creation and Social Media Management

. This role combines

Client-Facing & Channel Sales Responsibilities

with

Digital marketing and branding support

.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Handle inbound & outbound leads and close real estate deals

Manage client relationships, meetings, and site visits

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM

Coordinate with developers and internal teams

Content Creation & Social Media

Create real estate content for Instagram, WhatsApp & LinkedIn

Design posts, flyers, reels & banners using Canva or similar tools

Manage and grow social media platforms

Support digital marketing campaigns and project promotions

Eligibility & Compensation*

Experience

: Minimum 1 years (Real estate or sales + content experience preferred)

Salary:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
