Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires knowledge of construction or real estate markets and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
-Meet prospective clients, give project presentations, and explain offerings and benefits.
-Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
-Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new client relationships.
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
-Attend site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events when needed.
-Keep records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
-Provide regular reports and market updates to the management team.
-Maintain knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
-5+ years of sales experience in the construction or real estate industry.
-Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
-Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Preferred:
-Local market knowledge and a good network in the construction/real estate domain.
-Fluency in local languages in addition to English.
