Sales Manager – Commission Based (interior Design Projects)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:
Generate new interior project leads through field visits, networking, and online inquiries.

Meet and pitch our services to builders, developers, architects, and property dealers.

Identify and close partnership opportunities with furniture brands, lighting vendors, and home improvement brands.

Schedule and attend client meetings, understand project needs, and help convert leads into contracts.

Maintain relationships with real estate agents, showroom owners, and vendors for consistent project flow.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met post-sale.

Requirements

: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industries. Strong local network and communication skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable. Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
