Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives across multiple geographies.
Build and maintain strong dealer and aggregator networks to drive business growth.
Drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Design, implement, and monitor sales campaigns and track performance metrics.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end lead closure.
Qualifications
4-7 years
of experience in auto loan sales, vehicle finance, or related financial products.
Proven track record of managing
field sales teams
and
dealer networks

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable with
extensive travel
