  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Coimbatore region.
  • Manage existing corporate clients and build new relationships with key corporate accounts.
  • Identify potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments to drive business.
Sales Target Achievement:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by developing new business leads, managing client relationships, and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote portfolio to corporate and travel industry clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
Travel Agent Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and agencies in the Coimbatore region.
  • Work closely with travel agents to increase room bookings, package sales, and events at the resort.
  • Organize FAM (familiarization) trips and provide travel agents with updated property information.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in the region.
  • Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies for market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions, maintain an updated database of clients, and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales support and maintain long-term customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate events and group bookings.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and business development initiatives to the senior management.
  • Document key accounts, sales activities, and client feedback to track progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with exposure to regional sales office management, corporate accounts, and travel agents.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales, travel agent relations, and market segmentation in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and hotel booking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within the Coimbatore region for client meetings and business development.
  • Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the travel and hospitality industry are a plus.
