Sales & Client Management
Manage client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to drive sales closures for commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and corporate clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through promotional mailers, cold calling, corporate tie-ups, and networking activities.
Project & Market Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the project offerings, pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms.
Provide legal, economic, and market-related advice to prospective clients.
Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor analysis with management.
Coordination & Closures
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for booking formalities, agreements, and handovers.
Manage property closures, including overseeing documentation and signing processes.
Ensure payment follow-ups and collections until execution and handover stages.
Marketing & Promotional Support
Support marketing and sales teams during promotional events, site launches, and client interactions.
Assist in executing sales campaigns and improving customer engagement strategies.
