Client Experience & Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Conversion
Follow up with warm leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and referrals
Make outbound cold calls to grow our client base
Explain treatment benefits, packages, and offers with clarity and warmth
Upsell services based on client needs
Track conversions, daily bookings, and monthly sales goals
Reception & Client Experience
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
Handle phone calls, appointments, and payments efficiently
Maintain client records and ensure feedback is collected
Ensure timely follow-ups post-treatment for client satisfaction
Operations & Team Management
Coordinate daily therapist and doctor schedules
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
Track inventory and supplies for front desk and therapy rooms
Lead the front-desk staff and support therapists when needed
Share daily performance reports with management
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi
2+ years experience in a front desk, customer service, or sales role (medspa/clinic/hospitality preferred)
Confident in making sales calls and handling objections
Proactive, organized, and emotionally intelligent
Tech-savvy: knows Google Sheets, basic CRM, WhatsApp Business
Professional grooming and presentable at all times
