Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Shrinithi Insurance Broking. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and effective team management.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution in the insurance or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to ensure seamless customer relationship management.
  • Experience with Salesforce to track sales activities and streamline workflow processes.
  • Strong lead generation skills to identify and acquire new clients effectively.
  • Expertise in data analysis to assess market trends and sales performance.
  • Skilled in digital marketing techniques to enhance brand presence and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to manage and grow client accounts maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent team leadership skills to inspire and drive the sales team towards achieving goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maximize profitability.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English is must. Good communication Skills
  • Experience in Insurance is preferable
  • Should have two wheeler and four wheeler
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and financial goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high motivation and performance standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand current client base through targeted approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive and effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Oversee customer service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • To Promote Life, Health and Corporate Policies to HNI clients.
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years experience, should be comfortable in meeting clients and field work
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to continuously enhance skills.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
