We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of the GPDE Digital Project. The role includes driving token sales, managing telecalling, guiding field associates, onboarding Channel Partners, and coordinating district-level sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales function for GPDE Project
Manage Sales Assistant, TSAs, and support field partners
Achieve weekly/monthly token sales targets
Onboard District Channel Partners & Local Sales Associates
Coordinate telecalling, lead-follow-up and field meetings
Maintain sales funnel and daily MIS
Conduct sales training and performance reviews
Ensure smooth communication with village/GP networks
