Role Overview


We are hiring dynamic and results-driven

Sales Managers

specializing in both

Channel Sales (Brokers/Associates)

and

Direct Sales (Lead Management & Site Visits)

. The role focuses on expanding the broker network, managing company-generated leads, conducting site visits, driving conversions, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Channel Sales



Build, manage, and strengthen broker/channel partner networks. Plan and execute CP meets, training sessions, and incentive programs. Generate and manage sales pipelines through brokers/associates. Ensure transparency in deals, payouts, and commission handling. Maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business. Accompany brokers during client visits and assist in closures. Maintain CP data, performance tracking, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of partner programs.

Direct Sales



Handle inbound/outbound leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, and cold calling. Perform timely follow-ups and lead engagement throughout the sales cycle. Organize and conduct client site visits and present project features effectively. Achieve higher conversion ratios through strong objection handling. Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation. Provide seamless post-booking support with CRM/Operations teams. Share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Team Support/Reporting (May include)



Sales Executives / Coordinators Daily CP interactions, calls, and scheduled site visits Lead qualification, follow-ups, and performance reporting

Desired Candidate Profile



Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. 5-10 years of experience in real estate Channel Sales or Direct Sales. Strong broker network (for channel role) is a plus. Proven track record in lead conversions and client handling. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Leadership capabilities with team management experience. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting. Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.
