Job Summary:



We are looking for someone who can manage and grow our

channel partner (broker) network

to help sell our

high-rise apartments

. The person should have good experience in working with brokers and understand how to sell residential flats through them.

Responsibilities:



Find and connect with

real estate agents and channel partners

.

Share project details, pricing, and offers with brokers regularly.

Organize

broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits

.

Get

more leads and bookings

through broker networks.

Help brokers close deals and support them when needed.

Meet

monthly sales targets

through channel sales.

Give feedback to the company about the market and competitors.

Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams.

Requirements:



Minimum

3 to 8 years

' experience in

channel sales

for residential apartments, especially high-rise buildings.

Good network of real estate agents/brokers.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and sales process.

Should be motivated, active, and goal-oriented.
