About the Role

We're hiring a

street-smart Sales Manager (3-4 years experience)

who knows how to

get things sold

, not just talked about.

You'll be selling

practical digital and AI-based solutions

to:

Local shopkeepers Manufacturers Retailers B2B and B2C customers
This role is hands-on. You'll

generate leads, pitch solutions, close deals

, and build long-term client relationships. You'll also guide sales activity and bring structure as the sales function grows.

What You'll Be Selling

E-commerce websites and social media growth plans

for local shopkeepers

AI-based solutions

for businesses and consumers (B2B + B2C)
You don't need to be technical. You need to clearly explain

how these solutions help businesses make money or save time

What You'll Do

Find and approach new customers through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and networks Pitch digital and AI solutions in simple, business-friendly language Close deals and meet monthly sales targets Build and manage relationships with clients after the sale Identify upsell and repeat-sale opportunities Maintain basic sales tracking (leads, follow-ups, closures) Share market feedback to improve offerings and pricing Gradually help structure the sales process as the team grows

What We're Looking For

3-4 years of experience in sales (services, software, digital, or solutions-based sales preferred) Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations Experience selling to business owners or decision-makers Strong communication in local language and English Practical mindset -- focused on outcomes, not jargon Can handle rejection and still show up the next day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
