Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic

Sales Manager - B2C

to lead and drive direct-to-consumer sales. The role involves managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, improving customer conversions, and building strong customer relationships across tele-sales, walk-ins, and digital leads.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the

B2C sales team

(tele-sales, counselors, executives) Drive

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for lead conversion Monitor daily sales performance, call quality, and follow-ups Improve customer conversion ratios and average ticket size Work closely with marketing to manage and convert inbound leads Train, coach, and motivate the sales team Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS Handle key customers and escalations Ensure CRM discipline and sales process compliance

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

5-8 years of experience in

B2C sales

Prior experience managing

inside sales / tele-sales teams

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Target-driven and performance-focused mindset Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics

Preferred Experience



Experience in

wellness, skincare, beauty, healthcare, or retail

industry Experience handling

high-volume leads and closures
